Directions for Use

Pre-Treatment Preparation

• Sterilize the burs and stand via autoclave before clinical use
• Verify each bur’s diamond coating is intact and undamaged
• Achieve adequate local anesthesia and place rubber dam if indicated
• Plan the clinical workflow — identify which burs are needed for each stage

Coarse Preparation (Green Band)

• Begin with the coarse round diamonds (BR-30C, BR-31C) for initial cavity access and gross tooth removal
• Use with copious water spray to prevent thermal damage to pulp
• Apply light intermittent pressure — let the diamond cut without forcing
• Progress to intermediate refinement burs after gross reduction is complete

Standard Preparation (Blue Band)

• Use the standard grit burs (SO-20F, SO-21F, TF-21EF, TR-21EF) for main cavity shaping and axial wall preparation
• Refine cavity walls using round diamonds and tapered diamonds as appropriate for the case
