Directions for Use

Preparation

• Confirm your handpiece uses an FG (Friction Grip) chuck before mounting the bur.
• Select the correct bur shape and grit for the stage — Fine (red) for contouring, Extra-Fine (yellow) for final finishing.
• Sterilise the burs before first use and between every patient.

Operation

• Seat the bur fully into the airotor chuck and check it is locked securely.
• Run at the recommended high-speed range with adequate water spray to avoid heat build-up.
• Apply light, intermittent pressure and let the diamond cut — move progressively from Fine to Extra-Fine grit for a smooth surface.

Post-Use Care

• Clean the burs immediately after use to remove composite debris before it hardens.
• Sterilise using a standard steam autoclave cycle.
• Inspect the diamond coating periodically and replace any bur showing wear or reduced cutting efficiency
