Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure proper isolation using OptraGate or rubber dam
• Prepare the cavity according to adhesive technique
• Clean the cavity with water spray and gently air dry

Application:

• Apply N-Etch gel first on enamel, then on dentin
• Maintain contact for 15 seconds on prepared enamel and dentin
• For unprepared enamel, apply for 30–60 seconds
• For selective enamel etching, apply for 15–30 seconds

Rinsing & Drying:

• Rinse thoroughly with water spray to remove all etchant
• Gently air dry with oil-free air
• Avoid over-drying dentin surface

Evaluation:

• Etched enamel should appear chalky white
• If surface is contaminated (e.g., saliva), re-etch for 10 seconds

Proceed:

• Continue with adhesive application (e.g., Tetric N-Bond Universal)
• Follow with composite or luting procedure as per clinical requirement
