Directions for Use

Installation Conditions:

• Ensure the furnace is placed in a dry, dust-free environment.
• Prevent the entry of inflammable and combustible gases and liquids into the installation area.
• Keep combustible items away from the furnace.
• Maintain a 50 mm clearance around the furnace for proper cooling.

Safety Precautions:

• Ensure the supporting surface can bear the furnace’s weight.
• When moving the furnace (max. 30 kg load capacity per person), involve at least two persons to prevent strain or back injuries.
• Keep the air vents unobstructed to avoid overheating.

Electrical Connection:

• The sintering oven requires its dedicated electrical circuit.
• The building’s electrical circuit must have an appropriate circuit breaker.
• Install an additional residual-current circuit breaker (designed for 30 mA tripping current).
• Ensure a protective earth conductor is connected to the power socket.
• Check that the mains cable is 2.0 m long, and avoid cable extensions.
• Verify that the supply voltage is within the rated range of 200 – 240 V.

Switching On:

• Connect the voltage supply.
• Switch on the furnace at the mains switch. The mains indicator lamp should light up.
• The furnace’s current temperature will be displayed after approximately three seconds.

Initial Commissioning:

• To open the furnace door, press the door opener button. The electronic lock allows the door to be opened when the temperature is below 300°C.
• Place a supporting stone inside the furnace.
• Fill the standard sintering dish included in the scope of delivery and place the items to be sintered into it.
• Use tongs to place the sintering dish on the support pins.
• Close the furnace door.
• Start a firing program by pressing the Start/Stop button.

Programming the Heating Phases:

• Press the Right-hand arrow button until the LED under the “Prog.” display lights up.
• Select a program (1 – 9) using the and buttons.
• Set the heating parameters for each phase, including heating speed, target temperature, and holding time.
• Save the program by pressing and holding the Programming button until the LED under the function display lights up permanently.

Starting a Heating Program Automatically:

• Select a program and activate the integrated timer to specify the day and time at which the program should finish.
• The furnace will start the program automatically to finish at the specified time.
