Directions for Use

• Patient Preparation: Position the patient comfortably and give local anesthesia if required
• Isolation & Access: Place a rubber dam and create proper access to the pulp chamber
• Select the Drill Size: Choose the appropriate Gates drill based on the canal anatomy and desired taper
• Begin with Smaller Sizes: Attach the drill to the handpiece and start with the smallest size (#1).
  Use low speed, gentle pressure, and withdraw intermittently to clean debris
• Sequential Enlargement: Move through larger drills (#2–#6) only as needed.
  Each drill should work slightly more coronally.
  Irrigate between steps to maintain cleanliness
• Monitor Working Depth: The smallest drill usually goes deepest; larger ones shape the coronal section
• Final Shaping: Complete canal preparation with hand or rotary files after creating the coronal flare
• Irrigation & Disinfection: Continue irrigating throughout to remove debris and maintain sterility
• Obturation: Once cleaned and shaped, obturate the canal with suitable materials
• Post-Operative Care: Provide the patient with after-care instructions and follow-up details
