Description
Maarc Silane Coupling Agent is a specially formulated mono-component solution designed to enhance the adhesion between resin-based restorative materials and porcelain surfaces. It is applied to etched porcelain restorations after treatment with hydrofluoric acid, such as MAARC HF-Gel, to promote chemical bonding. The silane penetrates the micro-porosities created by etching and reacts with both the silica in porcelain and the resin matrix, creating a durable bond that improves the strength and longevity of restorations. This coupling agent is easy to use, providing a reliable and effective interface between the ceramic surface and composite resins or adhesives. Its application ensures superior bond strength, minimizes the risk of debonding, and enhances the aesthetic and functional outcomes of ceramic restorations. Ideal for use in procedures like ceramic veneers, crowns, inlays, and onlays, Maarc Silane Coupling Agent is an essential product for clinicians aiming for long-lasting, high-quality restorative results.

Directions for Use
Etch Surface
Etch the porcelain or ceramic surface using hydrofluoric acid (e.g., MAARC HF-Gel) as per standard protocol, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
Clean and Dry
Ensure the etched surface is clean, free of debris, and completely dry before applying the silane.
Apply Silane
Dispense a small amount of Maarc Silane Coupling Agent onto a brush or applicator and evenly coat the etched porcelain surface.
Allow Reaction
Let the silane sit on the surface for about 60 seconds to allow proper chemical interaction.
Dry the Surface
Gently air-dry the surface to remove excess solvent, leaving a thin, uniform silane layer ready for bonding.
Proceed with Bonding
Apply adhesive or resin cement over the treated surface and complete the restoration according to clinical protocol.
