Maarc Reinforcement Mesh is a specialized dental product designed to reinforce acrylic denture bases, making them more durable and resistant to breakages. Made from 316-grade stainless steel, the mesh is available in both gold-plated and plain polished finishes.The key feature of the Maarc Reinforcement Mesh is its thin 0.25mm thickness, which allows it to be easily layered between the acrylic resin during denture fabrication. The close perforations in the mesh facilitate a perfect integration with the acrylic, ensuring a strong and homogeneous bond. Highly flexible, the Maarc Reinforcement Mesh can easily adapt to any shape, making it suitable for a variety of denture designs. Directions for Use

• Preparation: Ensure the acrylic denture base is properly prepared and ready for incorporation of the reinforcement mesh.
• Cutting: Cut the Maarc reinforcement mesh to fit the specific dimensions of the denture base. Use scissors or a suitable cutting tool to achieve precise sizing.
• Placement: Position the cut reinforcement mesh onto the denture base. It should be sandwiched between layers of acrylic resin during the denture processing.
• Integration: Apply a layer of acrylic resin over the reinforcement mesh, ensuring it covers the mesh completely and adheres well to both the mesh and the denture base.
• Processing: Continue with the normal denture processing steps, such as polymerization or curing, to finalize the denture construction. The reinforcement mesh should be securely embedded within the acrylic layers.
• Finishing: After processing, trim and finish the denture as per usual protocols. Ensure that the reinforcement mesh is evenly distributed and does not protrude or cause discomfort.
