Directions for Use

• Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface where the Maarc Heat Cure Powder will be applied is clean and dry.
• Measure the Powder: Measure the appropriate amount of the Maarc Heat Cure Powder. The powder is available in various packaging sizes, including 100g, 400g, 500g, 1kg, 3kg, and 5kg.
• Mix with Liquid Monomer: Mix the measured amount of the Maarc Heat Cure Powder with a liquid monomer in a clean, dry container. The recommended powder-to-liquid ratio is typically around 3:1.
• Adjust the Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of the liquid monomer to achieve the desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add more of the powder.
• Working Time: The mixed acrylic material has a working time of approximately 4 minutes, during which it can be molded and shaped as needed.
• Apply the Acrylic: Use the mixed acrylic paste to fill the desired area, such as for fabricating dentures, partial dentures, crowns, bridges, and other dental prostheses.
• Heat and Pressure: Apply heat and pressure to the acrylic material to initiate the curing process. The Maarc Heat Cure Powder is designed for heat-curing applications.
• Curing: The acrylic material will cure under the appropriate heat and pressure. The curing process typically takes around 10-15 minutes.
• Finishing and Polishing: Once cured, the acrylic can be trimmed, shaped, and polished as needed to achieve the desired fit and appearance.
• Storage: Store the Maarc Heat Cure Powder in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The powder has a shelf life of 36 months under proper storage conditions.
