Directions for Use

• Clean the Die – Ensure the die surface is clean, dry, and free from any dust or debris before application.
• Shake Well – Shake the MAARC Die Separator bottle well before use to ensure uniform consistency.
• Apply the Separator – Using a fine brush or applicator, apply a thin, even coat of the die separator onto the entire die surface.
• Allow to Dry – Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying a second coat for optimal coverage and film formation.
• Apply Second Coat – Apply a second thin layer to ensure a uniform protective barrier is formed over the die surface.
• Allow to Dry Completely – Let the final coat dry thoroughly before proceeding to the next step.
• Form the Wax Pattern – Once the separator is fully dry, proceed with the formation of the wax pattern over the die.
• Separate the Pattern – After the wax pattern is complete, carefully remove it from the die — the separator ensures clean, damage-free separation.
