Key Highlights
Description
Maarc Calx-LC is a premium light-cure, fluoride-releasing, radiopaque cavity liner and base material specially designed to provide reliable protection and support beneath restorative materials. Formulated for use with both composite resins and conventional filling materials, it offers excellent compatibility by chemically bonding to adhesive primers, composites, and other resin-based restoratives, while also achieving a strong micromechanical bond with dentin. Ideal for indirect pulp capping, it helps protect the pulp and encourages the formation of secondary dentine, supporting long-term tooth vitality. Its acid-resistant formulation provides effective protection during the etching technique, safeguarding the underlying tooth structure from acid exposure. The material is easy to apply with a quick and direct placement method, making it convenient for clinical use. With its low solubility in oral fluids, Maarc Calx-LC ensures durability and stability over time, while its radiopaque nature allows clear visibility on radiographs. This versatile liner serves as an excellent base under all types of filling materials, ensuring enhanced restoration performance and longevity.
