Featuring an ultra-fine 4 mm straight blade, it allows controlled and gentle root luxation with minimal force. It is inserted into the tight periodontal ligament space and slowly advanced toward the apex of the root while applying gentle back-and-forth rotational movements. Available in various sizes and angulations such as S3, S4, C3, and C4, LM-SlimLift is not intended for elevator-type force but is ideal for delicate clinical situations requiring finesse and precision.

Directions for Use

Ensure Proper Visibility and Access:

• Retract the soft tissues and ensure the operative field is dry and clearly visible using appropriate illumination and suction

Select the Correct Instrument:

• Choose the LM-SlimLift with the appropriate size and angulation based on the tooth and location. These instruments are especially suited for narrow periodontal spaces

Insert into Periodontal Space:

• Gently introduce the fine tip of the SlimLift into the narrow periodontal ligament space between the root and the surrounding bone

Advance with Gentle Motion:

• Gradually move the instrument deeper along the root surface using a gentle back-and-forth rotational movement. Avoid applying excessive force

Continue Apical Advancement:

• Advance the instrument toward the apex of the root in a controlled manner, continuing the gentle oscillating motion to loosen the root atraumatically

Extract the Tooth or Fragment:

• Once sufficient mobility is achieved, complete the extraction using forceps or an appropriate extraction tool. SlimLift is not intended to be used as a standard elevator

Post-Extraction Care:

• Inspect the socket for any residual fragments and proceed with normal post-extraction care. Ensure proper hemostasis and wound management.
