Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the appropriate LM-LiftOut instrument is sterilized and selected for the clinical case

Insertion:

• Insert the thin blade into the periodontal ligament space near the root surface

Advancement:

• Slowly advance the blade toward the apex by gently twisting the instrument back and forth

Luxation:

• Continue the gentle movement to loosen the root while minimizing damage to surrounding tissues

Extraction:

• Once sufficiently loosened, use forceps to complete the extraction if needed

Aftercare:

• Sterilize and store the instrument after use as per standard protocol.
