Directions for Use

Preparation

• Mill the restoration from the chosen ST zirconia disc on the CAD/CAM milling unit
• Carefully separate the milled crown or bridge from the disc without damaging the structure
• Clean the milled restoration to remove milling dust before coloring
• Shake the Labodent coloring liquid bottle gently to ensure uniform colorant distribution

Coloring Application

• Pour the required quantity into a clean glass or porcelain dipping container
• Immerse the milled restoration fully in the liquid for the recommended dipping time
• Remove the restoration carefully using clean tweezers without contaminating the bath
• Allow excess liquid to drip back into the container and gently absorb any pooled areas

Drying

• Place the colored restoration on a clean drying tray in a dust-free area
• Allow it to air dry fully until all surface moisture has evaporated
• Optionally use a drying lamp at low temperature to accelerate the drying process

Sintering

• Place the fully dried colored restoration in the sintering furnace as per standard protocol
• Follow the zirconia disc manufacturer’s recommended sintering schedule
• Allow the furnace to cool completely before removing the sintered restoration
• Inspect the final shade, finish, and glaze the restoration as required

Post Use Care

• Tightly seal the bottle immediately after use to prevent evaporation and contamination
• Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
• Discard used liquid from the dipping container rather than returning it to the bottle
• Check the expiry date on the bottle before each use
