Directions for Use

• Case Evaluation & Planning
  
  Assess the patient’s clinical requirement and select the appropriate indication (bridge, framework, implant prosthesis, etc.).
• Digital Scanning
  
  Capture an accurate intraoral or model scan using a CAD/CAM scanner to obtain precise digital data.
• Design the Restoration (CAD)
  
  Use dental CAD software to design the prosthesis, ensuring proper occlusion, fit, and anatomical contours.
• Select Disc & Mounting
  
  Choose the correct size and thickness of the PEEK disc and securely fix it into the CAD/CAM milling machine holder.
• Milling Process (CAM)
  
  Set the correct milling parameters specific to PEEK material and begin the milling process to fabricate the restoration.
• De-spruing & Finishing
  
  Carefully remove the milled restoration from the disc and smoothen the attachment points using suitable rotary instruments.
• Surface Finishing & Polishing
