Directions for Use

Mixing

• Measure 100 g powder : 23 ml water

• Hand mix for 30–60 seconds or vacuum mix for 20–30 seconds at 350–450 RPM to obtain a smooth, lump-free consistency

Pouring

• Pour on a vibrator to ensure a dense, bubble-free cast

• Flow the mix gently into the impression to reproduce fine details accurately

Setting

• Initial setting time: 10 minutes

• Working time: approximately 6 minutes

Removal

• Separate the cast from the impression after 40 minutes

• Allow 24 hours drying to achieve full compressive strength and optimal hardness
