Directions for Use

• Assess the root fragment and ensure clear visibility of the posterior extraction site.
• Use a flexible periotome to gently separate the root piece from the marginal gingiva and desmodontal fibers.
• Further loosen the root fragment using a luxator for easier mobilization.
• Drill a pilot hole into the root piece using the Tapered Drill (HP 702) 1.2 mm.
• Insert the Julldent Root Extractor carefully into the prepared canal.
• Rotate the manual knob gently to allow the extractor to anchor securely into the solid tooth structure.
• Apply controlled traction to atraumatically remove the root piece.
• Inspect the socket and surrounding bone to confirm complete removal and preserve the site for reconstruction if required.
