Directions for Use

• Sterilize the Kit: Autoclave all components before use according to standard clinical sterilization protocols.
• Assess the Implant: Examine the failed, fractured, or damaged implant clinically and radiographically before starting the retrieval procedure.
• Select the Appropriate Instrument: Choose the suitable fixture remover or trephine drill (5 mm / 6 mm) based on implant size and clinical requirement.
• Attach the Ratchet: Connect the selected remover or drill to the ratchet adapter and torque ratchet securely.
• Implant Removal:
  • Use the fixture remover for unscrewing the implant atraumatically.
  • If the implant is firmly osseointegrated, use the trephine drill to carefully cut around the implant.
• Apply Controlled Torque: Use steady, controlled force with the torque ratchet to avoid damage to surrounding bone.
