Directions for Use

• Patient Preparation: Ensure the patient is properly anesthetized and the surgical site is disinfected.
• Initial Access: Make a small crestal or lateral window incision to access the sinus floor.
• Osteotome Insertion: Gradually introduce the osteotome into the bone with gentle tapping or pressure, expanding the site or lifting the sinus membrane.
• Bone Condensation: Use sequential osteotomes of increasing diameter to compress and densify the bone.
• Sinus Elevation: Carefully elevate the sinus membrane while avoiding perforation.
• Bone Graft Placement (if required): Insert bone graft material into the elevated space.
• Implant Placement: Proceed with implant placement or cover the site with a membrane if staged surgery is planned.
• Post-Procedure Care: Rinse the area and provide appropriate postoperative instructions to the patient.”
