Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Gather necessary materials, including shellac or acrylic impression trays and the impression paste components
• Ensure the trays are clean and dry before use

Mixing:

• Dispense equal lengths of both paste components—approximately 10 cm for maxillary impressions and 8 cm for mandibular impressions
• Use a broad-blade spatula to mix thoroughly for 30 seconds until a uniform orange color is achieved

Loading:

• Immediately load the mixed paste into the impression tray
• Ensure even distribution and thickness throughout the tray

Impression Taking:

• Carefully insert the loaded tray into the patient’s mouth
• Perform border molding within 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the start of mixing
• Leave the tray in place for an additional 2 minutes and 30 seconds before removing it

Tray Removal:

• Gently remove the tray from the patient’s mouth
• Rinse the impression thoroughly under running water to remove any debris or excess material

Model Preparation:

• No separating medium is required while pouring the impression
• To avoid surface bubbles, use Prime Dental’s Debubblizer spray if available
• Allow the model to set for 1 hour before removal

Model Removal:

• Immerse the impression in hot water at 70°C to facilitate easy removal from the model

Storage:

• Store the paste in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain its quality
