Directions for Use

Prepare the Patient:

• Ensure the patient is comfortable and properly positioned in the dental chair.
• Administer local anesthesia to numb the tooth and surrounding area.

Select the Appropriate Elevator:

• Confirm that GDC Root Elevators Seldin Standard (E1r) is the correct instrument for the tooth you plan to extract.

Inspect the Elevator:

• Examine the elevator for any signs of damage or contamination. It should be clean and in good condition.

Position the Elevator:

• Hold the elevator in your dominant hand with a firm and comfortable grip on the handle.

Apply Controlled Force:

• Use controlled and gentle force to luxate (loosen) the tooth from the socket. Begin with slight pressure, gradually increasing as needed. 

Complete Extraction:

• Once the tooth is sufficiently loosened and mobile, carefully elevate it from the socket using the elevator. 
• After use, clean the GDC Root Elevator Seldin Standard (E1r) thoroughly with water followed by disinfectant according to recommended protocols.
