Directions for Use
- Insertion: Ensure the handpiece is turned off before inserting the bur. Insert the Frank Dental TF Series bur fully and securely into the high-speed airotor
- Cooling: Always use an adequate water coolant spray during operation to prevent thermal damage to the tooth or restoration surface.
- Speed: Operate the bur at recommended RPM settings for fine diamond burs
- Application: Use light, intermittent pressure in a brushing motion for contouring, finishing, or smoothing composite, enamel, or other dental materials.
- Avoid Force: Do not apply excessive force or prolonged contact in one area to avoid damage to both the bur and the treated surface.
- Post-Use Care: After use, remove the bur carefully, rinse off debris, and place in a bur holder. Sterilize in an autoclave before the next use.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the bur for wear or damage. Replace when cutting efficiency is reduced or if visible defects are present.
