Directions for Use

Surface Preparation

• Clean and dry the denture or acrylic surface thoroughly. Remove debris, grease, or contaminants for optimal bonding.

Measuring

• Measure DPI RR Cold Cure Powder and Liquid in the recommended 3:1 powder-to-liquid ratio using a clean measuring cup.

Mixing

• Pour the required quantity of liquid into a clean, dry mixing jar. Gradually add the powder and mix gently until a smooth, homogeneous dough is obtained.

Application

• Allow the mixture to reach the dough stage, then apply evenly to the repair, relining, or fabrication area ensuring proper adaptation.

Working Time

• Complete shaping and contouring within the available working time to prevent premature setting.

Curing

• Allow the material to self-cure at room temperature for approximately 10–15 minutes. Do not apply external heat.

Finishing

• After complete curing, trim, finish, and polish the acrylic to achieve accurate fit and smooth surface.
