Directions for Use

Pre-Surgical Planning

• Complete the implant case planning using CBCT and the Osstem OneGuide planning software
• Design the surgical template with the required metal sleeve positions for each planned implant site
• Select the appropriate sleeve variant (Ø5.0mm threaded, Ø5.0mm non-threaded, or Ø5.7mm) for each drill stage

Sleeve Integration into Guide

• For threaded variants, screw the sleeve into the corresponding threaded port in the surgical guide
• For non-threaded variants, press-fit or resin-bond the sleeve into the corresponding port in the guide
• Verify each sleeve sits flush and stable in the template at the planned position and angulation

Sterilization and Setup

• Sterilize the complete surgical guide with embedded sleeves as per the guide manufacturer’s protocol
• Confirm sleeve stability after sterilization before placing on the patient
• Set up the implant motor, drills, and surgical kit aligned with the planned protocol

Surgical Use
