Directions for Use

Preparation

• Verify implant platform compatibility (Nobel Biocare RP) before use
• Inspect the Ti Base for any damage or contamination
• Autoclave sterilize prior to clinical or lab use
• Ensure the implant site is clean and free of soft tissue or debris

Digital Workflow

• Attach the corresponding scan body to capture implant position intraorally or on the model
• Design the crown and bridge in CAD software
• Mill the zirconia or lithium disilicate restoration as per design
• Sandblast the bonding surface of the Ti Base lightly 
• Bond the milled restoration onto the Ti Base using a dual-cure resin cement
• Remove excess cement and polish the margins

Clinical Placement

• Seat the bonded Ti Base–crown assembly onto the implant
• Hand-tighten the prosthetic screw, then torque as per manufacturer’s recommendation
• Verify occlusion and proximal contacts
• Seal the screw access channel with PTFE tape and composite

Post Use Care

• Advise the patient on proper oral hygiene around the implant
• Schedule regular follow-ups to monitor implant and prosthesis health
• Reinforce use of interdental brushes or water flossers for peri-implant maintenance
