Directions for Use

Preparation

• Confirm implant platform diameter and connection type match this abutment before starting.
• Seat the abutment on the implant analog on the master cast; check full seating and correct hex indexing (no rotation or rocking).
• Verify passive fit against adjacent teeth/implants and adequate inter-occlusal space for the planned restoration.

Operation

• Wax up the coping or framework over the red castable plastic sleeve to the required contour, margin, and emergence profile.
• Attach sprues at the correct angle and thickness for even metal flow.
• Invest in a phosphate-bonded investment suited for cobalt-chrome casting.
• Burn out following the oven’s standard burnout cycle — the plastic sleeve vaporizes completely, leaving the CCM base clean and ready to cast.
• Cast using the recommended cobalt-chrome alloy at the correct casting temperature.
• Divest, remove sprues, then finish and polish the metal surface, keeping the abutment interface untouched to preserve fit.

Post-Use Care

• Try in the cast framework intraorally or on the master cast; verify passive fit, margins, and contacts before final cementation or screw-retention.
• Torque the abutment screw to the value specified for the implant system using a calibrated torque driver.
• Recheck occlusion and proximal contacts at delivery and at follow-up visits.
