Directions for Use

Preparation

• Inspect the cover screw for any visible damage or thread irregularities before use
• Sterilize the cover screw via autoclave before placement

Placement

• Complete the implant placement following the manufacturer’s surgical protocol
• Clean the internal connection of the placed implant of any debris or blood
