Directions for Use

Preparation

• Confirm the case is restored on a compatible implant platform from Dentium Superline, DIO, Megagen, Dentis, or CoWellMedi
• Select the appropriate diameter and length variant for the implant platform and clinical depth
• Inspect the impression coping for visible damage and sterilize before placement
• Remove the existing healing abutment from the implant at the impression appointment

Coping Placement

• Clean the implant connection of any debris or biological material
• Align the impression coping with the implant platform and seat fully
• Hand-tighten the coping screw using the appropriate driver until firmly seated
• Verify radiographically that the coping is fully seated with no gap at the implant interface

Impression Taking

• Load the appropriate impression material into a stock or custom closed tray
• Seat the tray fully over the dentition and the impression coping
• Allow the impression material to set per the manufacturer’s instructions
• Remove the tray from the mouth — the impression material captures the coping’s coronal anti-rotation features

Coping Transfer to Impression

Post Use Care

• Clean the impression coping thoroughly after use to remove any residual material
• Sterilize via autoclave following standard prosthetic component protocol
• Inspect for thread wear or damage before reuse — discard if damaged
• Store sterilized copings in their original packaging in a clean dry environment
