Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Clean and dry the teeth surfaces before fluoride application.

• Select the appropriate Cotisen Disposable Fluoride Foam Tray (Yellow – Size M) based on arch size and patient comfort.

Loading the Gel:

• Dispense fluoride gel evenly into both upper and lower trays so that each tooth space has adequate coverage.

• Use a cotton-tipped applicator, finger, or toothbrush to spread the gel into a thin, uniform film coating the inside of the tray.

Application:

• Seat the trays carefully on the upper and lower arches.

• Allow them to remain in place for 5 minutes.

• Only a minimal amount of gel should extrude from the tray base—excess gel should be avoided to prevent ingestion.

Post-Application:

• After 5 minutes, remove the trays and ask the patient to thoroughly spit out (expectorate) any remaining fluoride gel.

• Do not rinse, eat, or drink for 30 minutes following the procedure to ensure maximum fluoride uptake.
