Directions for Use

Assess & Prepare

• Confirm no contraindications (e.g., fluoride/rosin allergy, ulcerative gingivitis).
• Perform routine prophylaxis to remove plaque and debris.
• Isolate and dry teeth with cotton rolls or air syringe.

Open Dose

• Peel back the foil on a single-dose LolliTray™ well.
• Lift out the ergonomic Benda Brush applicator.

Load Brush

• Swirl the brush gently in the varnish well until bristles are evenly coated with the 0.3 mL dose.

Apply Varnish

• Paint a continuous, thin film over buccal, lingual/interproximal, and occlusal surfaces.
• Move systematically quadrant by quadrant; total application ≈ 40 seconds.

Allow to Set

• Hold isolated area ~10 seconds for varnish to dry clear on contact with saliva.

Post-Op Instructions

• Advise patient: avoid hot foods/drinks and vigorous rinsing for 2 hours.
• No brushing or flossing for 4–6 hours to maximize fluoride uptake.

Cleanup & Disposal

• Discard the used tray and brush in accordance with biomedical waste protocols.

Reapplication Frequency

• For high-risk patients, reapply up to four times per year (every 3 months), based on caries risk assessment.
